HOW IT WORKS

KICKOFF CALL & BRAINSTORM
Once we onboard a new program, we schedule a kickoff call where we ask questions, provide you tons of themes, examples and ideas for getting started, and work with you to determine how you want to share your story. You don’t have to “Know Everything” ahead of time. That’s our job.

INITIAL LAYOUT & REVISIONS
Once we have a basic scope of each page, your staff must share recruiting presentations, photos, videos, text and other content we need to design your Virtual Visit. We will create a Google Drive folder for you to easily share content. We design an initial layout and complete the project in 3 rounds of revisions. Our production timeline and feedback system ensures we get your project done smoothly and on schedule. Most projects are completed in less than 6 weeks.

FINISH DESIGN & PUBLISH
Your Virtual Visit website or digital magazine is published in a simple, easy to use link that you can share with your recruits easily on mobile or desktop devices. We can also publish individual pages as their own links, so you can send bite-sized pieces to recruits!
